WACO, Texas — A trip to the NJCAA Division I Baseball World Series will be on the line this week when Blinn College and Northeast Texas Community College meet in the Region 14 Super Regional at McLennan Community College's Bosque River Ballpark.

The best-of-three series will feature the Region 14 South champion Buccaneers against the Region 14 North champion Eagles, with the winner advancing to the NJCAA Division I Baseball World Series in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Blinn enters the super regional after capturing its fourth consecutive Region 14 South championship. The Buccaneers, ranked No. 3 nationally, posted a dominant 45-10 overall record during the regular season and won the South Regional championship with an 11-0 victory over San Jacinto College-North in the title game.
Northeast Texas earned its place in the super regional after an impressive run through the Region 14 North Tournament. The Eagles rebounded from an early loss to Navarro College and fought back through the bracket, eventually defeating Navarro 13-4 in the championship game to secure the regional title and advance.

The matchup will take place at one of the premier junior college baseball venues in Texas. Host McLennan completed the regular season with a 45-11 overall record, a 27-5 mark at home and a No. 10 national ranking, making Bosque River Ballpark a fitting neutral-site location for a postseason showdown between two Region 14 powers.

Winner advances to Grand Junction
The winner of the super regional will advance to the NJCAA Division I Baseball World Series, scheduled for May 23-30 in Grand Junction, Colorado.
